Snow.
Snow
Soft, white, and pure
so beautiful and peaceful.
Gracefully falling from the sky
each flake unique and special.
Gathering in the roads
creating slick sheets of ice.
Kids running and playing
one goes into the street.
A woman in a rush doesn’t see
she tries to brake but it’s too late.
The car creates a screech
now the soft white snow has red streaks.
