A Girl I Know
The worlds you must’ve crossed
Places wandered by
When I look in your eyes
I see your inmost soul
And it’s beautiful, oh it’s beautiful
I can’t imagine the pain you bare
Or the hardships you have faced
But truth is all of that gave you that refined grace
Beauty, Beauty Why are you crying?
The teardrops fall like rain
The words are sharp as glass
Oh, to pure to sin
Too fragile to touch
But tough as nails
Rough as rocks
Beautiful, you are so strong
No one knows your story
But I read you like a diary
So deep and complicated
I’m full of wanderlust
You float above the world forever
Lovely, nothing can contain you
You are free to fly
With a magical laugh,
A smile that knows
Everything and nothing
Flora.
