Jumbling and tossed about
My thoughts so scattered
So tired delving deeper into
Delirium
So foggy in my brain right now
So tired in my steps
I’m gasping as I reach the end
Of a two flight climb
Hoping my thoughts come across clear
Coming off my tongue they feel
Rough, big and blunt
Falling slowly
My eyes are drooping
I blink once, twice
Suddenly I’m dreaming
