Take criticism, and smash it into dust, add color and use it to paint breathtaking images of unicorns frolicking through endless fields of greatness." - Matthew Gray Gubler

She wakes up.
She goes for a walk.
No one expected that man.
No one expected that truck.
No expected her not to come home.
It was just a deserted, gravel road.
No one expected,
God to gain that gorgeous angel on May 25, 2012.
No on expected,
death.
She was amazing and innocent.
The closet to perfection that anyone could acquire.
The gravel road,
stole our beloved queen.

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem because our school had a tragic loss over the summer. Our homecoming queen was going for a walk and she was hit by a truck and killed. She touched so many peoples lives and we all miss her tremendously.
