Little boy Blue

Ran across the stream

To find the team

Who’s captain is Sue


That he has arrived


Because he has been deprived

From the scene

Because he got the flu


Baseball pitcher supreme
Pumped ready and alive-d
Opponent yelling boo
It felt like a dream

Grandpa, dad and mom too
Oh yeah and Grandma Christine
And jersey representing 16
Running the bases like I do
