“If consensus is overrated, I think balance is, too.
I have no interest in living a balanced life.
I want a life of adventure.” | Chris Guillebeau

Stricken across a clouded sky,
I fall from the heavens with barely a sigh,
And fall to my loves arms below,
As my wings they spread, and carry me they try.
I fell in love and all it brought me was pain,
He cost me my soul and drove me insane,
As I thought of his love for me, God struck,
And sent me falling through the cold, harsh rain.
My glowing halo was ripped from my form,
and all through my mind lightning flashed like a storm,
I hope my mortal love was worth my eternal soul,
For now I walk the earth eternally with my essence transformed.

Be inspired to be an inspiration.

A little grammatical error (and fall to my LOVERS arms below?) (as my wings spread, and carried me, they tried)

But I still enjoyed the poem, i love how there's a story to the poem and not merely a normal poem. Nice!

You might want to swicth the part where you said, "As my wings they spread, and carry me they try." that was a bit of awkward wording. The rest was good though :)
