The Sky's Wish
Dazzling Dandelions
Light the sky for a second
 Just one moment of glory
 Before they are blown apart

The breath of the gap toothed sky
 Carries just one fervent wish
 That the spectators would see
 with a renewed innocence
 the joy of simplicity
 Freed from binding iron chains
 Forged by a complex culture
 desensitizing the world

 Beauty is all around them
But no one bothers to look
They think they cannot find it
 They need more impressive shows
