There's this one guy
Who's been with me thorugh it all
Who has catched me when I fall
Who has been there to wipe away the tears
Who knows me like the back of my hand
Who has been a father and mother to me
Made sure I was safe
And told me goodnight every night
Is a man of his words
His words and teachings have not just thought me between good and wrong
But they are making me stronger and wiser
And the person I wanna grow up to be
He's my rock and shelter through the storms
When there's a tough storm that seems like it'll never go away
It's him who I seek
For he's my light and warmth through it all
I'm so glad to give him the name I give him
I"m so glad to call him my Daddy
