Hugs and kisses

Which do you like more?
Kisses are new, uncharted territory,
safe a times,
though dangerous at others.
A kiss goodnight, or
a hug good morning?
Hugs bring comfort to an unsure soul
while in someone else's embrace
you feel as though for that
one split second in time,
everything will be okay.
A kiss that bares excitement?
Or a hug that bares security?
