The feeling of Fear

It curls in my gut,
swirling and swirling,
feels like I'm sick,
I'm just scared,
nausea runs through my lungs,
can't help it, it takes over.
Starts to hurt me more,
my chest is burning,
I can't breathe
My fear is killing me.
