Love is in the air around me
On this dreadful day.
Nothing can revive me now
Since it's Valentine's Day
My heart is shattered to infinite bits
That will never mend,
Until he returns from his tragic death
To pass me his hand
Why that driver crashed into him
I have no independent say
Except that he won't be here
With me on Valentine's Day
The impact he left on me
Will never be taken away
After he past so tragically
On that Valentine's Day

Wow. This is like a modern Romeo and Juliet. It's WAY better than any free verse I could write. Wonderful.
