as he walks down the hallway

does he notice
when i walk by
i try to smile
but i get no reply
just a simple leaf
loving a tree
one in a millon out there
so he can not see
ha!little old me trying to rhyme
talking about my fate
and guess my fate came right on time
so as he slowly walks by
with his brown eyes
i start to sigh
because i know his eyes are filled with lies
i mean how could he notice me
im one of the browner leaves
for that vivacious tree
as he walks around the corner
i whisper my last goodbye
turning my head around
and giving a deep sigh
