Anxiety
You can’t calm down if you don’t know what’s wrong
 You can’t stop crying if you can’t get strong
 You can’t be happy when every little thing gets you mad
 You can’t force a smile if you’re busy being sad
 I can’t stop the shaking keeps going
 It’s impossible to stop when the weapons keep throwing
 How can I breathe, if I can’t catch a breath?
 How can concentrate with too much weight on my chest?
 I don’t know what caused thisI don’t know when it’ll stop
 I can’t hold back tears Or I’m sure to pop
 The stress takes me over
 I’m left in the dark
 I’m just a fish
 Anxiety;
 the shark.
