There's A Person Inside This Shell
I am nothing.
 I am a dissapointment.
 I’m a bug
 Trapped underneath his shoe.
 In a world of freedom,
 I have none of it.
I am pushed and shoved around
With nothing to decide for myself.
 I am a puppet,
 All strings under his control.
 And yet
He still speaks words of vengeance
 That drip venom
 And pierce
 My heart.
 To him,
 I’m useless
 I’m a shell.
He doesn’t know that there’s a person inside.
