I wish
I lay on my soft safe haven bed
Praying that everything would just stop
Tears are running down my face
Smearing every last bit of make-up
I grab a tissue to wipe away my sadness
I look at old pictures hanging to my left
Asking myself what happened to us
I just wish one day she would see what she lost
I wish she knew that she was my best friend
 And that she hurt me
All I wish is one day she would see what she has done
