Breathe in, Breathe out
Breathe in, Breathe out
 Life is like the ocean

 highs

 and

 lows.
 High tide,

 then

 low tide.
People walk in, people walk out.
 Without saying goodbye,

 no looking back.
 Breathe in, breathe out,
 the salty sweet air,
let the wind blow through your dark brown hair.
Smooth sailing is where you’d like to be,
under the warmth of the bright yellow sun,
upon the blue of the sea.
 R o u g h seas ahead,
bring torture and pain to your head.
 Yellow turns to g r e y.
 Blue to b l a c k.
as you look around and realize there’s no turning back.
You need to brave the storm,
Take the w a v e s as they come, and soon you’ll be sailing under the bright warm sun.
