let love live

I walk around and see the smile,
I look inside and view the faces.
I don't know these people but they know me.
I only know names but no life of any of them.
But they know my name and only problems.
I get no say in what is said?
I get no listen in what was shared.
Why must this generation be so scared.
Scared of opinion, of truth, of pride.
Scared that if they say what they think someone will judge.
Scared that, if they must speak a word of their beliefs, and non-beliefs.
When you must know that in the end, your life is being defined by you.
you get brought in with no knowledge, but as you go on you learn.
Learn from the ones you love, and the ones you may not.
Learn from the things you have done, seen, and herd.
Learn from you wrong doings and successes.
But to not share any of it is murder to your experience.
So let them talk,
let them gossip.
This is really a test for you.
If you can go through life with what you know and share with who you know then your going to pass.
But to do not one of those things is a failure.
Your fire is always started with a tool, but it can go out within time.
But till then let those flames burst with knowledge, fire isn't always bad.
Your flames determine the warmth in your life, the power in your soul, and the ability to shed light on those around you.
Your flames burst with anger but let it dim with pride.
You are you.
And that's what matters
