Some of these ghosts have been in our heads
They've eaten our food and slept in our beds
All of these words, they've threatened our lives
They've taken our children and married wives
Most of these people have burned down our homes
They've killed all our memories and left us alone
All of these problems barely stand as one
They've never met the crimes that we have done

The author's comments:
This poem is actually about a video game. Nerdy, I know, but it's about the two main factions of the game Fallout New Vegas. These two factions are Caesar's Legion and New California Republic, against each other, of course. This is the NCR (New California Republic)'s view of the Legion.
