My world spins.. what if it stops?
What if the gravity that holds
me to the grounds disappears
and I’m left to float in space?
Would you hold my hand
and tell me everything
is going to be okay?
Or would you laugh as I suffocate.
Do you even care?
Or are you just along for the ride?
Will you ever call me beautiful
or will you just say I’m “hot.”
Every night I dream about you
being my hero only to wake up
to find you not wanting to be my hero.
So what if my world stops spinning?
What if I disappear.
You wouldn’t even care.
In your eyes I am invisible.
