I don't know who will read this
But I bet I can guess something about you
You might have eyes to see these words
Or ears to listen to them
But then, you might not
Surely you have a heart
And emotions that constantly make themselves known
(Whether or not you are willing to admit it)
I know nothing of
Your past, pain, or position in life
I couldn't say what hurts you
What you desire
Or the talents you possess
But there is one thing I can
Honestly promise about your life
Someone loves you
Wholly, eternally, and unconditionally
His name is Jesus
