In the midst of all this chaos
I find your presence comforting
In the middle of my insanity
You bring me a calmness
Your peaceful words
Your soothing voice
Gentle yet tight embrace
You bring light to my darkness
Purpose to my life
You heal my loneliness
Make me forget the pain
Make me forget the chaos
Make me forget the wrong
And leave me with the right
Warmth courses through my veins
Love fills my once cold heart
And pieces of me come together again
You heal me
You put me back together
You are my savior
My shining star
