Stand Still

In this atmosphere
We both stand still
awaiting the truth
that lullaby's through ones ears.
The song that fills our
cracks, dents, and spaces
circles us with a smell of sweet embraces
no pull away
just touch of spark
smiles and laughter
spreading miles apart.
harsh pain we've felt
fades away
while we both stand still
in the once empty atmosphere.
