Perfection
My fingers through your hair,
curling up and uncurling.
I kiss your nose,
I kiss your cheek,
I kiss your lips.
You hold me tight,
close and steady,
arms around my waist.
Your eyes shine bright,
my reflection bursting in them.
Your lips curl up,
Your cheeks brighten.
Hands down my back,
closer and closer to the bottom.
Moving up and down,
the touch renders me speechless.
This is perfect.
What it should always be like.
But nothing is perfect,
and nothing stays the same.
So hold me close,
and never let me go.
