It’s jagged edge is unique.
There is no other like it.
Old brass or copper maybe.
I will never know for sure.
So tiny, yet it’s weight is known.
What secrets it keeps locked up.
No one will ever know them, though.
Because I’m never letting this key go.

I found a little key in my house and I was holding it when I wrote this. I love writing poems about objects I can see and feel, easier for me and helps me add more description.
