I've written about love,
I've written about hate,
I've written about friends,
and boys I want to date.
But Daddy,
I've never written about you.
And that's because I never found words that would do.
Thanks for each good morning,
thanks for each good night,
they mean more to me, than you'd ever think they might.
I love you to the moon and back,
this I promise you.
And sometimes that's not even far enough for how much I love you!
