Balloon

The girl held a balloon
It was orange and light
Bouncing across the room
Preparing to take flight
Her eyes lit up
As she heard she could keep it
But no one knew
She had a little secret
She knew exactly what to do
So she went outside
Pressed it hard to her chest
And then let it fly
A feeling pushed her outside
Only a week later
The balloon was back
And she knew it had to be her
