That Girl

I am from sadness and sorrow
Living a life I shouldn’t be living
From living a life of shame
To crying every day.
I am a wisher, wishing this life weren’t mine
I am a girl who thinks of cuts
A teenager putting my tears aside.
From a student who doesn’t have a clue about what’s on the board
The girl sitting next to you
The one asking you to care
I am from a best friend hoping you’ll be there
I am from all of the above.
