Golden death awaits the dawn
Frozen rays shine down upon
Creamy skin and purple veins
Softly wilting lily stains
Glass weighs thick across the water
Life consumed by winter’s daughter

Struggle tears the silent white
Ice contains the violent fight
Underneath a frightened girl
Violet lips and flesh of pearl
Desperately she tries to break
Pounding at the frosted lake
Terror chokes her fail and weak
She fades into the icy creek

Hungry hands embrace the soul
Youth and beauty swallowed whole
Lilac mirrors rising skies
When winter comes all innocence dies
