The Deer

It was in the woods I saw that deer.
That deer saw me and had no fear.
That deer was sight, let me say.
That deer was as bright as a summer day.
That deer had beautiful fur that I thought I must own.
That deer hit the ground without even a groan.
That deer was me on the inside.
In Hell that deer and I will dine.
