Stones
Embellished is the crown I wear
 with jewels uncovetted
 And-- its shine a dullard's sheen
 to those who lust for rubies
 Graceless stone, oh-- fragile stone!
 less charming than the pearl
 encrusted on my foremind is;
 its exterior-- of dust!

 Ruby-- Topaz-- Emerald gem
 What fine pendants you make!
 Let us split such charms in two
 And-- what's this?--
 red-- yellow-- green
