Endless asphalt,
limitless possibilities,
all represented by a door,
if the future is set in stone,
then stone changes,
take a chance,
don't rush,
one door means seven more,
not to be exact,
admire the tulips,
enjoy the aurora borealis,
weigh the fruit,
weigh the salt,
guts don't lie!

I love the message this portrays.  "Live life to it's fullest" "follow your dreams" "never give up." There are so many things people could get from reading this.  Great work!

(So when I thought of a road I thought of asphalt, Guess my brain was suddenly hardwired to think asphalt when ever someone said road!" :)

Okay, thank you I wrote it after I was driving non-stop for 5 days about 15 hours a day.Yuck :P!  Thank you for the feedback! :D

I agree dreams should be followed. The lines, " one door means seven more, not to be exact" is awesome! Because life is not exact. I liked the positive feeling in this poem. The only thing I would change is to say an endless dirt road instead of asphalt because it paints a prettier picture in my mind. But that's just me!
