I Am Just A Girl
I am just a girl,
Who does not want to grow up.

 Just a girl,

Full of crap- whether it matters or not,

 Empty,

Because all the tears have washed-

Whatever I ever cared about away

 Somewhere.

 I’m the one

 Who finds the clue-

 In all of life’s disarray.

 The one who claims

She does not need a teacher-

Yet, clearly has much to learn.

I, who dwells, under indigo obscurity-

It is the sun for which I yearn.

 I am just a girl-

Who does not want to grow up.

 I am just a girl,

Living in a world that is forcing me to.
