Life is like a highway.
Life is like the weather.
Speak now before it's too late ~Taylor Swift <3
It doesn't rain forever ;D

Do you know that life is like the weather?
Why don’t you try asking yourself?
Can people change it for the better?
Or see the sunny days for myself?

Life has its ups and downs
Sure, sometimes its rainy
But, why do you like this moan?
Think, can you make it sunny?

Do you know Life is like the weather?
People cant change the way life is
So, why do you even try to bother
That’s because you know what is best

You’ll see the rainbow after the rain
Then seeing the sun out smiling
Can drive you literally insane
And see the triumph feeling

Do you know life is the weather?
After the rain and the pain
Here comes the rainbow
To guide you back to your lane

Then again it is unpredictable
Rain comes all over again
Then, the mist and fog set sail
Obscuring your sight without your gain

Do you know Life can be the weather?
You cannot change it
But what you change for the better
Is the way you see it

Because always after that
There comes the rainbow
To hide the sadness you get
And the feeling so low

Do you know Life is like the beautiful weather?
It brings sunny, rainy
All for our comfort both brother and sister
And the challenges we meet daily

The four seasons alike
Life can be predictable
The cycle goes on like wheels on a bike
However, if you stop, you’ll fall

Life can be overcome
Like the weather, sun and rain
When prepared you come
Like with an umbrella from both the fun and pain

When you feel like it or need it
Life is what you make it

This is actually a Language Arts assignment and i am not that sure how i came to write this piece. However, i have always been interested in writing on topics of Life so maybe that's why i have written this type of poetry.
