He plays to blues on acoustic
near death;
needs care.
His fragile body
strums
with all his might.
For music is all he has to live for
he is homeless;
tattered cloths,
an unshaven beard,
on a street corner;
in Memphis
he plays for what he needs.
He may be
weak,
fragile,
homeless,
but,
he plays to live.
