A Dancing Flame

A dancing flame,
left, centre, right, centre,
and repeat.
Its choreography mimics my thoughts,
only in an organized fashion.

A dancing flame,
is the companion of a photograph,
along with some flowers and prayers,
which complete the scene,
of my worst loss and my best gain.

A dancing flame,
moves to the rhythm of the wind,
which is controlled by the one above.

This why a dancing flame is a movement in the stillness,
a noise in the silence,
a warmth in the winter
and a hope in the tragedy.
