my head is going to explode
my brain is being stabbed
my eyes are on fire
everything is filled with pain
every sound and light
every second drags on
why can’t i leave this pain?
why must i be trapped with this head?
why can’t i just end it?
...i think i will
...just one more pill is all it takes
...just a decision
when i die...there is no more pain
when i die...there are no more tears
when i die...there is peace
now is not my time to go though
now i have many more poems to write
now i must bear with the pain
for God
for my friends and family
for my soul
