Favorite Quote:
If I were to wish for anything
I should not wish for wealth and power,
but for the passionate sense of potential,
for the eye which,
ever young and ardent,
sees the possible.

Some people fear silence

but then
do they fear themselves?
Are they afraid they might hear the beating of their own heart

or their darkest secrets whispering amongst themselves?
Are they scared they might not recognize who they are if they pass by a mirror?
Then what have you become?

I fear the edge of the cliff beneath my feet

What will happen if I fall?

Where will I be if I jump?
I know the man who said
reach for the sky

But did he realize how big the world was
with the sky stretching out and the wind whipping around
And I

am not even a speck on a satellite...
I fear the silence for what it can’t tell me

The world is so large and growing up is so scary. I'm only trying to make sense of it all.
