A cut, a scrape.
A trip, a fall.
This is pain,
it lives in us all.
Pain is sadness.
Pain is hurt.
Pain makes you cry.
Pain makes you a jerk.
Pain is something,
without being told,
knows where to hit you,
so a horrid image unfolds.
Pain is something,
you can't keep away.
Pain is something,
that always stays.
A cut, a scrape.
A trip, a fall.
This is pain,
it live in us all.
