As the day slowly passes
Touch, grasp reach
The main source of muted pain
The main source of scattered thoughts
Of ecstatic souls
Play with hearts
Make them hurt
In the most delightful way
Send sensations to dance and tingle
Blocked mind
Quiet, girly giggles
Flying, happily, with fear of heights
Easy access to precious memories
His eyes, her smile
Innocently watch, stare, imagine
Never knowing
When the sweet blanket of sheer bliss
Will wrap you up
Then you’re gone
