Twisted
is the way of my heart

I spend my time
wishing you'd rent it apart

But you never meant to finish anything.
Not from the start

Contented with smiling
as you drove in each malice-tipped dart

with a leer you left
leaving this bloody piece of art

So this is the way it healed,
so shallow, my now concave, petty heart.

I was upset one night I guess, and words started popping into my head so I wrote them down
