I sit here staring at this blank page
questioning myself
my life
my decisions
I stare at this blank page
looking at the scribbles
and slanted letters
knowing that even though
it's technically not blank
it's still as clean
as the slate we wipe off
every New Year
I sit here writing on this
still blank page
questioning whether others will understand this poen
my self
theirselves
ourselves
still knowing that this page is blank
because nothing of importance
was written on it
