You zipped my lips,
Sealed them tight.
Can’t speak about that,
That’s not age appropriate.
Can’t talk about sex,
That’s an adult thing.
Can’t speak about drugs,
People will assume I’m a druggie.
Don’t talk about cutting,
People will think you crazy.
Can’t talk about death,
They’ll think you’re suicidal.
Hush.
Can’t say that,
Gotta keep quite.
Shut your mouth,
You can’t say that.
