I Want to Tell You
I want to tell you
That I'm sick of your lies,
 That I hate your guts,
 And don't trust
 What you deny.

 I want to tell you
 To mind your own business
And stop getting in my face,
Making vile the food that I have only begun to taste,
 Constantly getting on my case.

 I want to tell you
 To stop telling rumors
 Malicious enough
To cause the growth of tumors,
 In your mouth.

 I want to tell you
 That I need help.
 But the damage
 Is beginning to confine me
 To a silent cage
 Of ceaseless pain.

 But 'I love you too'
Is the stubborn response that comes out
 Instead.
 Over and over again.

I know exactly how this feels.
I dont like the tumor rhyme. seems a little much, a little bit of a stretch. but The rest is very good.
