She Weeps (2-11-09)
he weeps alone,

 Letting the weariness consume her

And still she weeps in her dreams

When she sees how she could have shone

 Her life has been dark

 Filled with sorrow and pain

 But one thing was different

 It took her from shame

 She smiled to the sun

 And laughed at the wind

 Never alone, never saddened

 Having nothing to mend

But darkness found its way through

 And tore her world apart

 She weeps alone

As she tries to mend her heart
