He's gone
away like the wind
like day turning to night
maybe it was I who disturbed the wind
and keeps the suns rays from shinning on my skin
maybe it was his problems buried deep in his skull
unable to be moved like an old brick wall
maybe it was addiction that drove him mad
isn't it sad
maybe it was life
unable to be changed
that keeps him away
what a shame
whatever the reason he's gone like the wind
and never again will the sun shine on me or his skin
