Now That She's Yours
She may be different, she may be shy
The world around her makes her cry
She always is one step behind
But she doesn't seem to mind

When she laughs and when she sings
The words pour out like church bells ring
the sweetest thing you've ever seen
In an old T-shirt and jeans

You can't tell her what to do or say
But she'll surprise you every day
So never blink or look away
It's a little game she plays

And when she smiles the world lights up
The little things are just enough
She's happy though her heart is tough
 From too much playing rough

So hold her tight, don't let her go
Let her learn and let her grow
If you hurt her, you should know
 She'll never lose her glow
