under my left bosom
it hurts,
it murders me
it crawls up my neck
out into my arms
out into tight fingers
tight fist
tight eyelids
my face reddens
and swells
ocean water drips
mine cheek
and meets chin
it's effects influence
my fear
I'm the cause
for I can't stop
pain
under my left bosom
