You know those teacup rides?
You spin them round and round
You smile
You giggle
You get that feeling
Like you're on top of the world
And all your troubles melt away.

For me, life is a teacup ride
Everything is spinning
But I'm not turning it
I'm not smiling, I'm frowning
I'm not giggling, I'm crying
The feeling i have is not joy, but suffocation
The gate is locked
I can't get off
I'm trapped
And all my troubles have come to the surface.
