Scribble Scrabble
I scribble
 I scrabble
 I try to hide it
Hoping no one knows besides me
The way I want things to be
I sketch his name lightly in pencil
On the paper I fold and put away
Then open again when no one looks
 Keeping it in my book
 He smiles I melt
He cries I sit by him
 Scribble
 Scrabble
 There I go again
 But accidentally in pen
 Covering it in my shirt
 Thinking “S***!!!”
 Hoping he doesn’t see
 Looking into his eyes
 And maybe just maybe
One day he will feel the same way
