You are the one sitting alone
In the dark room
Left to suffer all the pain you have
In the darkness where you cannot be seen
I am the one who sees your outlined figure
Alone in this cold room
I reach to turn on the light
To give you sight of what’s been around you
This whole time
But as I flip the switch..
It seems you’ve cut the wires
